How it works
Five steps, and the last one is the point.
Most programs stop describing themselves at step three. Ours is built so that step five actually arrives.
- 01
Assessment
History, medications, labs where needed, and an honest conversation about what has been tried before. A clinician decides whether medication is appropriate at all — sometimes the answer is no.
- 02
Your plan, written down
A protein target, a starting point for strength work, and the measurements we will track. You leave with numbers, not encouragement.
- 03
Medication, started carefully
Lowest sensible starting dose, escalated only as far as it needs to go. Side effects managed early rather than tolerated quietly.
- 04
Everyday support
Instant answers on food, movement and habits, day or night, with a clinician for anything medical. Monthly reviews look at waist and body composition, not just weight.
- 05
The exit strategy
Dose steps down on a schedule you can see, with habits already carrying the load. If your clinical picture means staying on medication, we say that plainly rather than letting you drift.

In the room
You leave with numbers, not encouragement.
Every review is the same shape: what the measurements did, what the food and training actually looked like, and what changes before we meet again. If a dose should come down, that is decided here, out loud, with you.
Who does what
A hard line between clinical decisions and everyday help
Blurring this is how people get hurt. So we drew it in public.
| Question | Everyday support | Your clinician |
|---|---|---|
| What should I eat tonight? | Answers immediately | Not needed |
| How do I hit my protein target? | Answers immediately | Not needed |
| Should I go up a dose? | Hands off, no opinion | Decides |
| Is this side effect normal? | Hands off, routes you | Decides |
| Am I eligible for medication? | Hands off, routes you | Decides |
| I feel unwell right now | Routes you immediately | Reviews same day |
What we measure
Weight alone is noisy. We use it, but not on its own.
Waist
Responds to what you actually do, ignores hydration and salt, and tracks the fat that matters for your health.
Body composition
Tells us whether what you are losing is fat. This is the number that predicts whether the loss holds.
Weight, weekly
Useful as a trend over four weeks. Useless as a verdict on a Tuesday morning.
What we will not do
See where you stand before you talk to anyone.
